PROJECT PARAMDHAM – A NEW BEGINNING
His vision, our Mission…
In 2015 – 16, the Birth Centenary year of Pujya Swami Chinmayananda, Chinmaya Mission Ahmedabad has taken up a project called “Project ParamDham” for reconstruction of temple and ashram facilities.
By grace of God, blessings of Guru-parampara and generous support from the society, the first phase of the project concluded in the year 2017 and the new ashram complex now under re-construction has new temple of Lord Krishna and Shrines of Lord Shiva, Hanuman ji & Shri Ganesha, besides other facilities such as a dedicated havan area, classrooms and office areas. In the the next phases of the project, the following facilities are coming up at the centre:
WAY FORWARD
- Landscape around the temple
- A multipurpose hall to hold satsangs and talks
- An exhibition on Swami Chinmayananda ji’s life, work and teachings
- Residential facilities for seekers on a spiritual voyage
- A well equipped library and a book store
- Amphitheatre for cultural programmes and presentations
- Dining facilities – Annadaana
- Acharya Kutirs
- Revamping of Chinmaya Swasthya Kendra
