Hari Om ! Swami Ramakrishnanada ji was in Ahmedabad from 12th to 17th March for a Gyana yagna on “Leadership & Management Thoughts from Ramayana”. The yagna was held at J.B.Auditorium – Ahmedabad Management Association.

Everyday there was an audience of about 300 people, consisting of elders and youth who enjoyed thoroughly Swamiji’s unique and humours style of teaching.

Swamiji’s thought provoking and lucid explanations of many episodes from Valmiki Ramayan, brought out many management insights, which made us introspect & apply in our day to day lives.

Swamiji changed people’s perspective of looking at Ramayan as just “ A holy book with the story of the Lord – Sri Rama”, to “The Book of Leadership & Management”  – meant for everyone to manage difficulties and lead a happy life.  Swamiji made the audience realise the relevance of Ramayan in this modern world.

Some topics which he enlightened the audience with were:
1) Value based Leadership
2) Recognizing your own strength
3) Overcoming obstacles
4) Self Motivation and many more such precious insights.

Swamiji kept the audience engrossed and enthralled with his lucid, witty and in-depth elucidation of our beautiful Itihaasa- Ramayana.
